About us 

For more than 10 years we have been renting out single rooms to students of the FH Villach, Infineon Villach and students of the HTL Villach at favourable all-in conditions. Our house has 40 solidly equipped single rooms with bath/WC/kitchen and common rooms. Each single room has a high-speed Internet connection. We do not charge any extra for this. In addition to an office - with accessibility by appointment - we offer a lockable bicycle storage room, sufficient parking spaces in front of the building and the use of a launderette (with modern washing machine and dryer) free of charge. From the rooms you have a beautiful view of the Karawanken of Carinthia. The house also houses an eye doctor and a kindergarten. Floors 1-4 are intended exclusively for students.

Location
Our hotel is centrally located, a 5-minute walk from Infineon, a 10-minute bike ride from Villach University of Applied Sciences and a 15-minute walk from the centre of Villach. In the immediate vicinity (5 minutes walk) are all shops incl. Food stores accessible.
